These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the official website for Route6, South Indian Restaurant (“Route6,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Site”). They apply to anyone who browses the Site and, where relevant, to guests who dine at our restaurant in Utsunomiya, Tochigi, Japan.
1. Agreement
By using the Site or browsing its content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. What the Site is for
The Site is our official online presence. It provides information about our South Indian cuisine, dining atmosphere, story, and location. The Site is for information only: we do not accept reservations, table bookings, online orders, or account sign-ups through the Site.
4. Visiting and contact
To visit Route6, check our opening hours and address on the Site or contact us by phone. Walk-in guests are welcome subject to seating availability. You may also reach us through the social media accounts linked from the Site.
5. Dining at the restaurant
When you visit our premises, house rules posted on site and reasonable directions from our staff apply. This includes rules related to safety, alcohol service (where permitted by law), respectful behaviour toward staff and other guests, and payment. We may refuse service or ask guests to leave for conduct that disrupts others, violates law, or endangers health or safety.
6. Menu, prices, allergens, and health
Menus, prices, photographs, and descriptions on the Site are for general guidance and may change without notice. Final offerings and prices are those in effect at the restaurant at the time of your visit. Images are illustrative; presentation may vary.
Guests with allergies or dietary requirements must inform us before ordering. While we take care in food preparation, our kitchen handles many ingredients; we cannot guarantee the absence of traces of allergens unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing for a specific arrangement.
7. Payments
Payment for food and beverages is made at the restaurant when you dine with us, using the payment methods displayed at the premises. The Site does not process card payments or other transactions. Applicable taxes and any charges shown on your bill apply as required by law or as stated at the restaurant.

You may view the Site and print or save a reasonable copy for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or exploit our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except where mandatory law allows.
